Key Requirements:

• Leading independently projects assigned
• Developing project scope, objectives and key milestones with defined outcomes, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
• Doing technical feasibility before project to check sustainability of it
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and, within scope and budget
• Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Meeting with stakeholders periodically to take feedback on project and address challenges in project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Key Knowledge & Experience:

• MBBS or Pharmacist with MBA, at least 4 years of experience in product management/project management in pharmaceutical marketing & sales
• Has developed and implemented phases of projects independently
• The role requires travelling across Pakistan to have on ground understanding of project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills including attention to details
• Strong command on Microsoft Office
