Description

The Operations Manager - Pharmacy will own the operational performance at dark stores across Pakistan for one of the fastest growing categories at Airlift. The Manager will work closely with dark store managers across Pakistan to ensure that we provide exceptional levels of service quality to the customers. The Manager will be expected to drive the strategy and execution to deliver continuous improvements across key operating metrics like order processing time, order accuracy, product quality complaints, delivery times. The role will require on-spot identification of problems and immediate resolution with the cross-functional team. Additionally, the Manager will be required to constantly evaluate processes and suggest improvements to build efficiency and scalability across markets.

Responsibilities:

• Own the operational and financial performance of dark stores for Pharmacy across Pakistan, analyzing data around floor operations, sales, customers, and delivery in order to make informed decisions for process improvement
• Build very strong relationships with all key business partners including dark store managers, infrastructure, product, and operations teams to collaborate, operationalize effectively and solve on-ground problems
• Own the diagnosis, tracking, and resolution of problems on the dark store level across Pakistan
• Drive continuous improvements in our operational processes and move metrics in order to provide exceptional customer experience
• Track and report daily/weekly progress on key performance metrics in dark store operations
